How to master new technologies and at the same time survive (work)?

I want to learn vue.js , but I'm constantly working on some kind of mini-projects on the stock exchange, I only get money from there and live on them, but usually I'm busy every day and at the end of the day my head doesn't boil.
What approach to use to memorize everything + work. (weekend=weekend)

When you are a freelancer of the low and middle segment, then you are a slave and you have no days off. Either you make the most of every minute of your time, or you live on $2/hour for the rest of your life.
There is no special approach, everything is very individual. Even if you have a window of 30 minutes, it's enough to thoughtfully master a +- chapter of a book or documentation and try to write some code.

But not uncle!
The best approach is "time management", which in translation from plankton means "time management". Plan your working day, clearly describe - I work from 8 to 10, break for 15 minutes at 10, then work until 12. I have lunch at 12, at 12:30 I smoke manuals until 14 o'clock on strictly defined topics.
The main thing is to stick to tactics.
