How to mass publish articles in Joomla?

There are more than 260 articles, how to bulk add them to the site on Joomla? Articles in txt, but you can make a different initial format. Website under development on a home computer. There are solutions on the Internet, but they are old and half require manual work. I would like to create one file and upload it to the database or somehow on the site, and not publish hundreds of articles manually.

There is no way without manual work, write a query to the database according to the template and pull the data from the file, or transfer it manually, but it will take a long time.
