How to map ttyACM0 port to another Linux machine using netcat or ser2net?

The network has a lot of information on this issue, but still there is no complete instruction on what to do and enter on the first and second computers in the terminal or write in python. I ask for help, if someone did a transfer of the ttyACM0 COM port from one Linux machine to a virtual port on another via the Internet (they are not on the same local network), then write a complete instruction on what and where to enter, how to configure. The question seems to be simple, but still something does not work out for me. As I understand it, you need to use netcat or ser2net, + connect socat. In general, if someone has done this or knows how to do it, then give instructions - they will help a lot.

on remote machine - ser2net with telnet key and selected port
on local - just telnet to remote
