How to manually install a theme for KDE 5?

I download the theme from store.kde.org, unpack the archive and drop it into the /usr/share/kde4/apps/desktoptheme directory, but the theme does not appear in the list of those that can be selected (theme settings). Downloading through the built-in bootloader does not work, because. it doesn't work due to RKN. Learn how to install a theme, please.
