How to manually change the channel of the WiFi network? Or set a specific channel? Maybe you can block a specific MAC address to switch to the desired channel? Or something to do with the frequency?

Through the web interface, if I understand you correctly. You can get there at the address in the address bar: 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1
Login and password by default admin admin should be. If not, then look on the cover of the router.

Mac address has nothing to do with it.
This is done in the router's admin panel.
