How to manually calculate the range of IP addresses?

I manually calculated on paper that for 10.96.0.0/11 the subnet mask would be 255.224.0.0 . But how to manually calculate the range of IP addresses for 10.96.0.0/11 ?
The online calculator shows that the range will be IP addresses from 10.96.0.0 to 10.127.255.255 . But how to calculate it yourself manually on paper , and not using an online calculator?
Thank you!
