How to manually build an nginx+php 5.6+mysql server on windows?

I'm in this business boom-boom. I didn't find a good guide on the internet.
I want to build nginx+php 5.6+mysql from scratch
"Use ready-made builds" - I'm not interested.
Explain what to do or give me a good instruction

nginx windows - shoot yourself in the foot, shoot yourself.
When you jump on one, look towards linux or hackintosh.

Take the source and compile.
But, given that building nginx under Windows is so non-trivial that even people who understand what to do do not always cope for you, this is also not an option
Plus, given that you yourself write that you don’t know what to do, then what difference does the source code from the authors make for you nginx or binaries from them?

I'm in this business boom-boom.

But at the same time
How did you evaluate the quality of the instructions then, if you do not understand this? ))

Oh, well, don't you understand that Windows and a web server are somewhat distant things from each other? If you want to learn pohape, then study right away in a normal environment. There is Vagrant, there is VirtualBox, there is VPS for a penny. Well, in fact, now it doesn’t cost anything to create the right working environment for yourself with a Windows main working axis.
It's a very bad practice to start working on Windows-type servers, and then, when transferred to a normal working environment, then sit and scratch your turnips - why doesn't it work?
