How to manage to hire employees after receiving the first order?
There is an office, registration of an emergency, a website, advertising has been launched, etc. In fact, I can manage to complete the first order myself, but it will be difficult. If a large order is received, and there are not enough employees, and also money to pay for the salary, too. What is usually done in such a situation? Do you need to hire employees right away and pay them with your own money and receive orders already on the go? How to get started? "there is an office, registration of an emergency, a website" an emergency is needed to conclude an agreement, they will not work like that, and the rest is for the client's trust. Although they say you need to first look for clients, but they are difficult to find without an emergency and the rest. Can you please give general advice on this matter.

Attempting to swallow a piece that is too tough is fraught with epic failure.
A large project can only be done by a team. Do not confuse a working group of newly hired people who are incomprehensible to each other with a team. To form a team, it takes quite a long time and the experience of successfully completed smaller projects.
In such situations, you can:
- buy a ready-made team;
- implement a project together with a partner who already has a team;
- abandon the project until the moment when your own team is grown.
Of course, there is still a small chance that you are a lucky asshole who will hire high-quality compatible professionals for 3 pennies and make a team out of them in a week. But I wouldn't count on it.
If there is a constant flow, you need to hire permanent employees, if you are testing, then there are two options: 1) delay the execution of the order or turn on "frost", 2) go freelancing, choose a sane performer and that's it, it's a matter of two days.
In your case, I would hire freelancers on project exchanges to perform. If you have already tested the niche, of course.
