How to manage the telegram client through the code?

I have such a task, I just want to write a softinka that will send messages from my telegram account, I know that there is a telegram client api, but for some reason there are a lot of problems with it (I write on a hat), the only solution that I found is TLSharp, but writing some kind of flour on it, it also started to give an error "AUTH_KEY_UNREGISTERED", it seems to give this for spam (I didn’t even manage to send a single message when I added authorization, I tested it 3-4 times already). So I want to know if there is another way to implement my plan? Preferably on sharpie

Officially - no. Telegram does not provide the ability to send a message on behalf of the user to other users. Or you need to look for a solution on the side through dubious programs.
There is also an option to create a Telegram Bot and send messages on its behalf, but this is a completely different topic.
