How to manage site on asp.net core?

Good afternoon! I'm learning asp.net core, reviewed a bunch of courses, tutorials and so on. It is clear how to make a website, yes. But how do you manage it then?

I can't find any information on how asp.net sites are usually controlled. Admin panel, or which framework is connected ... I don’t understand.

You write your own admin panel and manage through it, whatever that means.
