How to manage multiple projects with Wordpress?

I install Wordpress with the help of bitnami and so far I work only on the local. I create different themes.
Can someone share how you do stretching for several different projects?
How, for example, to work with two different projects, because there must be 2 different databases (if different pictures, records are needed, pages, menus)?
And another question, does the customer immediately provide his hosting to work on it or then transfer it to him or is he already transferring it?

1) I use openserver + sites are available within the network, we create databases separately for each project, like a domain.
2) I use phpstorm with file synchronization to an external host to show projects to customers
3) I haven’t found a convenient way to automatically synchronize the database, so I’ll synchronize it manually using all-in-on-wp-migration
4) transfer to the customer’s host at the end performing all the work, or I set up synchronization immediately to the customer's host.
