How to manage multiple projects in SASS + Compass?

Hello.
I use SASS for layout. It often happens that you need to create several simple pages, and for this you have to create a new project in the console every time. It became terribly tiresome.
Is it possible to organize the structure of projects in such a way that one time to initialize compass and forget about it?
I mean something like this:
global-projects/
------ project-1/
------------ css
------------ sass
--- --------- index.html
------ project-2/
------------ css
------------ sass
-- ---------- index.html
------config.rb
