How to manage chromium (kiosk) remotely?

I start chromium from the lxde session, it starts on the page I need, but each time editing lxde/session/autostart and reloading the piece of iron to show another page is somehow strange, is it possible to send commands to chromium?

I would do like this:
1. nodm --> nexxylove.tumblr.com/post/22690398464/ubuntu-web-kiosk-in-10-easy-steps
2. .xsession run chromium --start-maximized --kiosk moyastranicka .ru/start
2. Write a page on moyastranicka.ru/start where you would redirect to the right place by various factors (for example, IP, time, etc.). It is advisable to write some kind of front end for changing / adding pages.
