Label. Save folder. Tracker. tracker status. All of these columns solved all my hand organizing problems a long time ago. The tag contains the distribution id and the descriptive tag #software, #books, #podcast. The # symbol is needed so that the tags are above the hand number, then it is very easy to find what you need. Sort by trackers, sort by save path. Everything is at your disposal. This is like an example of organizing distributions in utorrent. In other clients, in general, everything is the same.
