How to make your own Main UI Filter in your Bitrix24 application?

Good afternoon. (I appeal to people who develop applications on Bitrix24 and generally understand the Bitrix API and understand this framework).
Below I have attached a screenshot of the Bitrix24 lead filter. I need to make the same filter in my Bitrix24 application, with all the fields and the ability to create presets. Who will tell you how best to transfer such a filter to the application. I started writing it from scratch, moved its visual part and started writing the logic for this filter, but during the development process I ran into a problem - there are many fields in the lead filter and some fields have drop-down lists with additional ones. fields. I would not like to redraw all this manually. And in general, so much fuss will turn out with this filter, in the process you can cut a lot. In the documentation of the REST API for Bitrix24, I also did not find anything on this topic. Maybe there is some option from Bitrix? Can somehow call this filter in your application through the API and with the help of libraries?
Please tell me what would you do?

Alas, there is no such solution for cloud applications. Unless you take ready-made classes and construction into your application, but again, you have to do everything yourself

I would place the application inside the site on 1C-BUS, and call all these standard components. If you are writing an application, then you are probably an NFR licensed partner.
Here's how to implement it: https://prominado.ru/blog/gridy-i-filtry-v-bitrix/
