How to make X11VNC work when switching users in Linux Mint 18.2?

Good afternoon, we have Linux Mint 18.2 and x11vnc installed according to this manual . Everything works, I connect perfectly on port 5900 from the RealVNC client under Windows 7, but as soon as I end the user session on Linux Mint or switch users, I get a black screen in the VNC client, only restarting the remote computer under Linux Mint helps. There are two users on the remote computer - respectively, with full and limited rights.
How would I win this, I really don’t want to install TeamViewer.

@Maxlinus

probably not like x11vnc has not been updated for a long time and most likely does not know how to work correctly with new graphical shells.
try tigervnc.org or realvnc https://archive.realvnc.com/download/open/
if x2go then you need x2godesktopsharing - an add-on that allows one user to share the current session with other users, and like VNC, radmin, etc. to connect to something on the client's computer, you need to specify "Connection to a local desktop"
