How to make wpf start automatically as admin?

I created a wpf program and attached it to the installer. My program writes files to its environment, but since it is on the C drive, it cannot create the file because it does not have access. I tried to edit the manifest, but unfortunately, every time you start the program, you need to confirm the login under the administrator, and there is an admin icon on the executable. But I have a program that I downloaded, it starts without asking for admin rights and perfectly writes files to drive C. How can I make it possible to write to disk and at the same time the program does not request administrator rights every time it starts?
