How to make windows automatic power change?

I want that when connecting the laptop to the TV, a separate power supply scheme configured for this case is selected.
For example, I do not want the laptop to go to sleep when the lid is closed when connected to the TV. I created the scheme, but I have to turn it on manually and turn it off too. Is it possible to somehow track the monitor connection event and run some kind of power plan change script on it. Or maybe some kind of program.

I set it up like this - if the power is from the network, then do not respond to closing the lid. In this case, the scheme does not have to be changed - 1 time activated and that's it.
To change the power plan, see powercfg /?
Create the desired scheme and make a batch file with the launch of powercfg. The batch file can be inserted into the scheduler (if there is a suitable event there) or run by hand.
