No way. Well, or invent your own standard.

No way. Another OSI layer 1. Other transfer principles. Even in your own apartment, there is a new neighbor behind the wall, who bought a new point and put it right next to the adjacent wall, for example. What can we say about production, for example.

Do it like a cable will not work. Make it acceptable for daily use without any discomfort - you can:
- An intelligent router capable of 5G
- Setting up a channel, etc., taking into account the workload of the air by neighbors
- The most successful physical location of the router relative to the working device (or vice versa - the device relative to the router - whichever is more convenient and easier to implement)
In general, only the transition to 5G helped me - all the neighbors are clustered on 2.4G, so I'm still alone and no one interferes. Now everything is stable 24/7, the transmission speed has increased by more than 2 times, the ping has decreased, the packet loss has been minimized. I am not a network specialist, I can not provide more accurate data. But purely at the consumer level, things began to work so well that they became an inconspicuous, maintenance-free service. What is expected from a wireless home network.

If you have a good wifi adapter chipset and the latest driver, it is already stable
