For understanding.
You don't really need a vlan here.
You just need to exclude the port on Mikrotik that is connected to the switch from the master-port list.
This port will no longer be bridged with all other ports.
Then it all depends on what you want to do.
You can set up a dhcp server on this port, give it an ip and you will have a separate network.
PS Also note that in 2011 you have two switch ports and two master-ports for each switch.
