How to make Visual Studio Code your second hand?

Hello! Not so long ago I switched to visual studio code from sublime, I'm doing the front. I suspect that this is the best code editor and a huge extension base, but I am very lost in the initial stages and ask for help. Here is some of my list of questions:

1. I use the gulp collector and the paths to the images are already written in the dev files relative to the production files, how do I make it clear to the editor that I will look for the picture from another folder and he, accordingly, showed me hints for finding the file.
2. Working with html in php files. It does not automatically close tags and does not put id or class when you write the first 2 letters, it defines them differently. Suggest plugins to solve the problem?
