How to make visual studio 2015 friends with ruby?

Actually subj. There is a sapphire plugin, but it is not installed on the 15th studio. Or maybe I'm doing something wrong. And nothing was googled... Although perhaps the reason is that I downloaded a truncated version... The full one weighs too much... 45gb is a tin. Does anyone know if the situation can be fixed by downloading and installing the add-on, or do you still need to download a 45 gig distribution?
