How to make uwsgi start at server start?

Add the following line to the /etc/rc.local file:
/usr/local/bin/uwsgi --ini /data/mysite/conf/mysite_uwsgi.ini
failed because there is no such file. Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
It is advised to do it with the help of supervisor, but is there an easier option?
