How to make transition to app via push notification on android with cordova framework?

I created a plug-in for android based on the cordova framework that launches a service in the background that, under certain circumstances, sends a push notification, and I want to be sent to my application with some data when I click on it, but I don’t fully understand how do... It's not entirely clear what needs to be passed to the Intent, or maybe in the case of Cordova, you need to use some method?
