How to make traffic replication?

Good day.
We need to sniff http traffic passing through the gateway and send it to our dev server in real time. With the help of tcpdump you can do it, but for this you first need to save the traffic to a file and then send it. All this needs to be done on the gateway, there is access to it. What are some ideas?
