How to make traffic distribution between 2 providers?

There is a linux server with debian OS.
On it pppoe connection of 2 providers is lifted. Firewall rules are written in iptables. How can I make it so that some ip addresses go through provider 1 and others through provider 2? Moreover, there is only one local network between users of groups 1 and 2 (they are in the same subnet)
