How to make TOR -> SOCKS -> Internet?

I have SOCKS proxies for several different countries, I want me to connect to TOR and access the Internet through a proxy.

For example, 3proxy with the following configuration:

auth iponly
fakeresolve
parent 1000 socks5 127.0.0.1 9050
parent 1000 socks5+ socks_ip socks_port socks_login socks_password
proxy -i127.0.0.1 -p3128

will raise a proxy to 127.0.0.1:3128, which will forward all connections through the tor and parent socks.

Install tor and proxychains-ng then edit the [ProxyList] section in proxychains.conf and then proxy the chromium browser from the command line. A browser is launched that transmits everything through the chain that was described in the proxylist. There are also settings in proxychains.conf in which order to use proxies and others.
