How to make tooltips work in VS code for Unity when using assets?

I started working with Aset PUN 2, for unity. But when I write the code, no hints appear. The usual unit hints work, but the asset hints do not, although all libraries are normally connected, the plugins built into VS code work.

The problem was that I didn't have .NET 4.7. Just download it

Isn't it easier to download Visual Studio? There will just be less trouble :)
