I'm working on documentation for a project. The documentation is a collection of articles written in the media-wiki. The documentation is Russian-language - respectively, and the title of the articles is Russian-language. As a result, urls containing Cyrillic characters are very long and not pretty. Does anyone know a way to form urls using latin characters (transliteration, for example)?
