How to make the site visible to other users? (apache, VPS)

Hello!
There is a VPS server with Windows 2008, dedicated IP. Apache 2.2 rolled onto it. I flooded the site
through localhost and the IP of the server, the site is displayed perfectly (only inside the server itself)
But from another computer, when typing the ip address in the line, the site is not displayed
Please tell me how to make the site "visible" for everyone who dials the corresponding ip in address bar?
PS originally IIS server did and this problem did not exist (i.e. when you entered ip, the desired site was actually displayed)

Perhaps the external interface is not listening, in httpd.conf check which interfaces are listening (that is, when accessing which Apache will respond). If everything is OK, check if the port is open (scan it from the outside, using some port-scanner).
