The essence of the question, when updating the site from a smartphone, a white screen appears and then the site itself is initialized.
But on github and toster, blinking does not occur, the loader just runs through and that's it.
How to achieve the same effect?
Or is it all provided by the lightest possible page?

As a variant, turn off CSS preloader styles to display: none.
