How to make the programmer work?

I bought a programmer from seeedstudio, AVRSISP v2.0 STK500
read hundreds of forums, asked a lot of questions, but windows 7 64-bit takes it for com to serial port.
And programming environments swear and do not want to work with it.
What will help me?

I'm trying to install drivers. Drivers are installed normally. but when the programmer is connected, windows tries to find the driver itself. I cancel it. I try to install the driver from the disk, it says that the best driver for this device has already been found.
recognizes it as a serial com port.
the error is the same as in the picture, I
choose a different mode - avrisp
gives a slightly different error
, that's what it gives in a different environment
, all this is done without connecting to the microcontroller, because everything is the same with it
