How to make the network card stop limiting the speed to 10 Mbps?

Good day, dear friends.
Situation: there is an aorus elite b450 chipset with a gigabit card on board, which is connected to a router with a category 5 patch cord of small length. The router also distributes WiFi. The speed according to the provider's tariff is 100 Mbps. On WiFi, the speed from mobile phones and laptops fluctuates around 70-100 Mbps, everything is ok. The speed of a wired connection to the chipset in a computer is strictly limited to 10 Mbps.
When you try to change the speed in the driver settings to 100 Mbps duplex / half-duplex, the two states "Identification" and "Network cable not connected" eternally alternate, and so on in a circle. When you return the settings to 10 Mbps duplex, the network instantly connects and works as it should, but with a limitation.
Why did I say about WiFi - it’s clear that the problem is not in the provider and not in the router. Yes, and I bought the wire in DNS the day before yesterday. Yes, and the chipset is new, it works as it should, the Internet shakes, but where does the restriction come from? How to remove it so that it is 100 Mbps?
Tried updating drivers - didn't help.

Yes, and I bought the wire in DNS the day before yesterday.

So, what is next? CSN never sold slag in his life and could not sell it?
Change the cable or re-crimp normally
