How to make the migration generator generate data in tables?

In general, they threw me a package for Laravelka here, which automatically generates migrations from the database. But the problem is that it only generates tables and during migrations I get empty tables.

www.adolfocuadros.com/sql_to_laravel did not check the data, but I'll throw it, I think it will be a useful thing for a quick format
