But it doesn’t work with the menu, I made up the menu when hovering, a block falls out, but it doesn’t behave very adequately, it constantly twitches when hovering incorrectly, etc.

Wrong aiming? It is hidden if you move the cursor away from the block - this is normal. If you want smoothness, add a transition to the block
