How to make the Internet work when connecting a PC to a Wi-Fi access point on the phone?

Good afternoon, we have a problem in our office... There are computers that have wi-fi modules built into their motherboards, and it happens that the Internet is turned off, and then we connect via Wi-FI to an access point on a mobile phone.
As a result: the Internet does NOT work ..
We remove the cable from the network card, voila!, the Internet via Wi-Fi works ...
In general, when the local network and Wi-Fi are connected at the same time, there is no Internet ...

Most likely due to the fact that the computer does not start to receive a new ip, since it has already been assigned an ip in your network over the wire, when you remove the cable it tries again to get a new ip and voila receives and connects to the Internet, the decision to turn off the local network card at this moment computer, or reboot, or run ipconfig /release && ipconfig /renew on the command line

2 network cards 2 default gateway
The metric is less than lan, so it is in priority either to remove the default gateway or manually set the same gate for Wi-Fi again, the priority for the manual entry will be higher than that of the one created automatically and all traffic will go along the Wi-Fi route and there will be Internet

While the computer sees the signal (carrier) on the network card, its IP routing is configured to send IP packets over the cable to the router.
The ideal solution = to make the router switch to WiFi (this can generally be automated - the router tests the availability of a site through the provider and, depending on this, switches to the provider or to WiFi). The solution depends on which device (more precisely, which operating system on the device) is responsible for connecting to the provider.
By the way, a lot of computers on WiFi are worse than a cable connection.

Well, you can:
- change the provider
- fire the admin (and IT security, if any)
Because the network where the user independently takes out something there, switches it, is a breeding ground for pirates and viruses :)
