soon the Chinese will get to RPI Zero, there will be gpio, and power, and linux, and usb for a 3g modem. in the meantime, either gprs shield (which is not cheap) or etrhernet or wifi shields to the router

although for the money it may be easier to attach an ethernet shield to the arduino, and then connect to the router via the wire. So it will be possible to use the Internet for everyone, not just duine.
