How to make the indicator on a smartphone work constantly?

Perhaps the question will seem silly, but how to make the indicator constantly work in a smartphone, that is, so that it does not blink, but is constantly on? I have a Galaxy J7 Prime (2016 - SM-G610F) and there are 3 indicator colors available - red, blue and green. Are there any programs for this?
PS I do not need to write, saying "it will eat a lot of charge and why do you need it?". Or you can give some Java code that I could assemble in apk so as not to load the system once again.
