How to make the form elements to be centered after the form is expanded to full screen, as it is done on a non-full screen form?

Here is a screenshot of my form:

On it, the elements are located almost strictly in the middle:

But when I expand to full screen, it happens like this:

So here's how to make the elements stay in the middle when expanded to full screen, or at least move to the middle.
