How to make the broadcast automatic?

OBS - Restream - YouTube live and each time you have to manually start and stop the broadcast. It's not tricky, but extremely inconvenient and not practical. The video is always the same, a kind of master class. Webinar services are not an option, as they have uncomfortable panels and databases are stolen.
A pre-recorded video is added to the OBS studio, through it I start the broadcast at the right time and then stop after the time has elapsed. Is it possible to make automatic start and stop? To make the video start and stop on schedule? Maybe there is some kind of service, but I did not find it ... Thank you!

Well, as answered above. Launch scripts + scheduler.
As an option ffmpeg or vlc player...
