How to make the bot reply to a message in a conversation?

I wrote a chat bot on VkBotLongPoll, the keyboard works but the bot does not respond to notifications.

There is a search field at the top of the site, there you write “bot answered” and start the search. Lots of great tips, no need to create a new question.
