How to make template with JqueryTemplate?

The page is generated using JQueryTemplate.

Catalog1Page01.html loads product data from the JSON array: checks the last two digits in the file name and displays the product parameters with the corresponding ID. But the menu, header and footer are static, and made up in html. After copying the file and renaming it to Catalog1Page02.html, the data of the second product is loaded. Everything is convenient, but if I want to change the menu or anything in the footer, I have to edit all the html files. How can I load static elements from template.html without breaking JQueryTemplate?
