How to make SWF files play on Windows 10?

Hello, there is a tutorial in SWF format which contains simple animations. As you know, Adobe stopped supporting Flash Player and now when you open swf files in programs, the Adobe website opens with a warning about why they no longer make Adobe Flash Player and the file can no longer be played.

Question... Has anyone experienced this? How can this be resolved? Is there any other program that can open this file?

0) They write that there was no time bomb in Adobe Flash Player 32.0.0.371. You can download like this . Don't forget to disable updates.
1) Find a standalone version of Flash Player that works without being tied to browsers, as a separate program.

I have video conferencing control on swf. That's the problem =)
