Hello! Wi-Fi 2.4GHz on the Mikrotic router constantly falls off. It falls off as: any device shows that the Internet is there, but it actually doesn’t exist, and you can’t even enter the router through WinBox. At 5GHz, there is no such problem, and they are configured identically. Help me please.

Look with the help of some tablet WiFi Analyzer, how many points are there on the channel of your Mikrotik?
By the way, which channel? Recommended for use 1,6,11, there are only three of them.
