How to make sure that when requesting any page, ?utm_source=hello is automatically added to the request?

Can't do one redirect.
I have a website morozov.one. I need to automatically add ?utm_source=hello to the request when requesting any page.
For example this one:
morozov.one
And this one:
www.morozov.one/pages
htaccess is in the root of the public_html folder.
And that there was no cyclic redirection.
Help!
