How to make sure that what the user entered in the Yandex search engine was in the title of the site?

Hello! It turned out to be quite a difficult problem.
I already searched the Internet, so I did not find anything sensible . The meaning is this: In Yandex Direct, I compose keywords such as: "taxi Simferopol - Anapa, taxi Yalta - Sevastopol, taxi pike perch - Alushta" and so on. Regardless of what the user writes in Yandex search (for example, he wrote TAXI YALTA SUDAK), he should see my site with the name exactly "Yalta - Sudak", well, or "Sudak - Yalta", it does not matter. By clicking on it, he gets to the page (the layout of which I will send), and he should see the cost of a taxi on this page in this particular direction.
Maybe someone can throw some info about this or point me in the right direction.
Thanks in advance!

For substitution in Yandex.Direct, use ## https://yandex.ru/support/direct/features/ad-templ...
Mark links with utm tags. Through gtm, replace the content on the page https://ppc.world/articles/skript-podmeny-zagolovk...
