How to make sure that the browser itself is updated during the layout of the site?

I've been designing websites for a long time and always updated the browser tab myself. But it has become somewhat uncomfortable. Is there any way to make the browser tab update itself during layout? (If I use sublime text 3)
PS - I also use yandex brower

If you don't use any builders/task runners, you can try https://www.browsersync.io/
Installing (globally) npm install -g browser-sync
Running https://www.browsersync.io/docs/command-line
