How to make sure that no one can install any Yandex programs on my PC?

Hi all! Windows 8.1 is installed on my home PC. My wife was looking for a program - an analogue of Movie Maker, and with it all the evil of Yandex was installed - Yandex bars in IE, Chrome, Firefox, Yandex mail, Yandex links on the desktop to mail and search, all possible Yandex additions to mine browsers, Yandex search has become the main one in all browsers, and even links to Yandex mail and Yandex search have appeared on the Metro screen!
I deleted everything, even cleaned the registry. But how can I make sure that Yandex infection never gets on my PC again? How to deny access to all Yandex IP addresses? And what if my PC never installed Yandex-evil again, even if the wife did not forget to uncheck the box during installation?
