How to make such urls on modx?

I am developing a site on modx, where you need a URL structure like on the
fitnessclubs.com.ua site.
If we open the region first, it turns out - site.ru/region, if after that we also open the site.ru/service/region service. In general, there are no problems with this.
BUT, if we choose a service separately without specifying the area - site.ru/service.
I'm thinking of doing the following structure:
-Service
--Region 1
---Company
--Region 2
-Service 2
But then there are problems with the logic, how to make the formation of the correct url, their generation through the same getresources, etc.
Any ideas?
