How to make such sorting in Drupal7?
I am making a portfolio site for myself, I am engaged in site layout and therefore there is little knowledge in js / jquery, how to make a beautiful sorting by tags like on this site ooomos.com ?

you can use the Views Isotope
module here is a video on installing and configuring the Drupal Views Isotope module

Drupal has nothing to do with it, it's the Isotope js plugin .
